Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
  • Select the item(s), choose a reason, and generate a return label.
  • Pack securely and drop off at the designated carrier within 7 days.

Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size or color when inventory allows. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will process a refund to your original payment method or store credit based on your selection.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes. Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt until your return is processed.

  • Items marked as non‑returnable on the product page

Gift returns may be issued as store credit to the recipient. Store credit does not expire and can be used online at checkout.
